In recent years, with the rapidly economic and social development, 17.07 million new cars were increased by the end of 2014 in China,at present the national vehicle has a total of264 million cars. According to the national bureau of statistics, nearly three years, although the number of road accidents is reducing year by year, but every year the average amount of accidents has more than 200,000, more than 600,000 people killed, more than 220,000 people injured. Therefore, the increase of vehicles put forward higher requirements on the road environment. This paper proposes vehicle trajectory reconstruction algorithm about linear parameters, then fitting the road alignment.1. This article chooses SPEED-BOX as a vehicle data acquisition instrument on the car of real-time data acquisition, introducing the method of the installation, the usage of the instrument and the Analysis software. And making the experiment on the road of Xi’an Winding Mountain and geting the moving trajectory data of the car.2. Based on the research of the domestic and international road linear fitting method, this paper puts forward the fuzzy recognition method based on the azimuth method for planar characteristic parameters reconstruction; for longitudinal characteristic parameter reconstruction, puting forward the reconstruction of the characteristic parameters and the linear fitting based on least square method.3. On the basis of the above theoretical study, based on VC++ platform, writing vehicle trajectory reconstruction system. Mainly includes the vehicle data reading module, the original curve detection module, pretreatment module, horizontal alignment reconstruction module, the vertical alignment reconstruction module, integrated linear reconstruction module.As an engineering example of the Xi’an Winding Mountain Road from K1+187 to K8+724,reconstructing the characteristic parameters and obtaining the linear parameters of the testing road. Comparing the fitting results with Road Design Specifications, it shows that the reconstruction algorithm is feasibility.
