As the highway network system become more and more developed, there are more cross-way appeared. The usual way is bridges crossing the way or through the box culvert under wear when the highway cross the way. Due to the relatively complex construction technology, construction personnel and mechanical is various, when bridges through both operating highway across the way, the risk factors will increase, construction management become difficult. Manager should not only pay attention to the safety management work cross the bridge itself, but also should be paid attention to handed operating highway safety management work, especially the cross and a main road interchange, construction safety hidden trouble more when construction is processing.Based on the identification of cross Bridges and be operational highway construction risk events and, on the basis of risk factors, to cross the bridge and has been operating in the process of road construction safety assessment problems are studied. Based on Xing Heng high-speed Hengshui north communication engineering, comparing and analyzing the entropy measure method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp) application in the safety risk assessment results. This paper mainly contains the following contents:1. The working risk decomposition method is adopted to Xing Heng high-speed hengshui north interchange ramp bridge for risk identification B, collapse, falling, object hit, stand instability, fire electric shock, mechanical damage to cross the bridge risk events;2. Through expert survey to obtain operating highway cross Bridges and were delivered each event risk loss level and risk factors of probability level, using ALARP evaluation criterion to quantify it as an expert on the risk factors of value;3. According to experts’ evaluation on risk events risk factors evaluation matrix structure, by using the method of entropy to measure the risk events safety assessment;4. The analytic hierarchy process(ahp) is adopted to cross the bridge and was given operating highway safety assessment, evaluation results compared with entropy measure method, the conclusion, entropy measure method in the process of evaluation is not affected by the evaluators personal subjective and objective results.
