With the continuous development of our country's traffic network,highway tunnels are widely used for its superiority.Subsequently,the highway tunnel construction projects gradually increased,and its construction safety problems have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out risk assessment of possible risk sources in tunnel construction,so as to avoid accidents more effectively.Based on a large number of literatures on the safety risk assessment of highway tunnels,the safety risk assessment system of the preliminary design stage of the highway tunnel is studied on the basis of the Niu pingya Extra-long Highway Tunnel Project.The research object and research of the system are determined content;In addition,according to the basic principle of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the subjective and objective weighting evaluation method and expert investigation method are used to determine the weight of the risk assessment index,the probability of risk occurrence and the risk loss grade;Secondly,the classification standard,risk loss grade and judgment standard of risk accident and the procedure and method of risk assessment are put forward according to the problems that should be considered in the preliminary design stage of highway tunnel;Finally,a risk assessment index system is established.According to the weight of the risk assessment index,a three-step risk assessment of the single risk event,the overall assessment of the single risk event and the risk assessment of the tunnel's overall risk assessment are put forward creatively.This paper evaluates the seven main factors and the overall risk events in the construction of highway tunnels,and determines the probability and loss level of the safety risk respectively,and gives the risk prevention and control measures.This paper finally formed by the risk assessment theory,risk assessment,risk prevention measures three part of highway tunnel safety risk assessment system,the preliminary design stage,not only can effectively avoid the tunnel construction accidents,and can provide scientific basis for the safety of the tunnel construction,which has practical application value.
