With With the continuous improvement of the people’s cultural life, the construction and popularization of the township comprehensive cultural stations are gradually strengthened.However, the current cultural station is still facing a variety of problems: the insufficiency of the function, the use of low, the operation mode is backward. Through investigation, it is found that the comprehensive cultural station of the valley of Qinling Mountains River Valley is not only facing the above problems, but also faces: the complex situation of the site conditions, the serious lag of the development of township culture.Based on public building theory, human geography theory and communication theory,combined with the implementation of the new technology and industry technology,multidisciplinary approach, refer to the standardized design, design method of humanized design, green building design, combined with the Qinling Valley Township Cultural Station present situation, from the point of view of the field, space, function, traveling comprehensive study.This paper summarizes the Qinling Mountains River Valley Township comprehensive cultural station should meet: record the historical needs of the residents, meet the needs of the residents’ culture and meet the needs of the development of the township.
