Because of the existence of architectural features, functionality, and indoor thermal and moisture environment particularity for such a large space in the theater building, it is difficult to accurately measure their airflow and heat and moisture distribution by traditional design methods.Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD, Computational Fluid Dynamics) has an advantage of fast consideration, low operating costs, little limit to calculating and simulate various types of conditions, etc., so it is used in airflow and heat and moisture field of distributed computing more widely.Firstly, the paper expounded CFD theory briefly from the perspective of the mathematical principle as well as Airpak simulation software, On the basis of above, in the subsequent chapters of this paper, the paper will launch the simulation and analysis with Airpak3.0 airflow simulation software in a theater audience hall which is on built in summer air-conditioning systems and thermal environment(temperature,relative humidity, velocity, CO2 concentration field, PMV, PPD).Through simplified physical model, it is simulated and analyze the distribution of temperature field, the relative humidity field, the velocity field,CO2 concentration field, PMV field, PPD field in summer air-conditioning systems of the theater auditorium.Besides,it analyze and contrast the three main factors which impact the airflow and heat and moisture environment: the audience attendance rate, supply air temperature and supply air velocity(air supply) on the distribution conditions of the temperature, velocity, CO2 concentration field, the relative humidity field, PMV, PPD.The results show that the auditorium attendance rate has a significant effect on the distribution of temperature,velocity, CO2 concentration field, the relative humidity. On the whole, with the reduction of the auditorium attendance rate,temperature, CO2 concentration, relative humidity will decreases,venue velocity will increases. Therefore,for the different auditorium attendance rate, we can adjust air parameters to the existing organizational forms to ensure that the air conditioning airflow delivered into the room could not only bring the best comfort to people, but also achieve energy saving effect; tthe supply air velocity has a significant effect on the distribution of velocity, CO2 concentration field, has little influence on the distribution of temperature, the relative humidity. When the supply air temperature between 22 ℃ ~ 23 ℃,the supply air velocity between 0.18 m / s ~ 0.2m / s, we can be achieved to satisfy the audience hall staff comfort requirements through out a combination of a variety of conditions.
