Wet shotcrete for improve the working environment, facilitate centralized production and quality control superiority is widely used, but if wet spraying equipment use undeserved, can cause a jet wet shotcrete thickness is small, high resilient rate and dosage of accelerator unstable problem; The blasting tunnel construction machinery such as sprayed and drilling equipment whether reasonable directly affects the construction progress and cost, the rationalization of form a complete set of mechanized construction scheme, construction schedule, equipment type and capacity should be considered, and many other conditions. This article is based on Gansu’s entity engineering, to research the following several main aspects about the above problems:By studying the wet spraying mechanism of Spraymec7110 WPC wet spraying machine, pumping and injection process, obtained the best jet velocity model and the method of measuring pumped fullness, for precise control accelerator dosage and improve the quality of injection provides a theoretical basis.Provides a method of measurement for the springback amount of beton, and apply this method to get the relationship among wet concrete jet distance, wind pressure and concrete rebound quantity. A jet wet shotcrete thickness model is established, and through the experimental analysis on the model, provide data support for the estimated thickness of shotcrete.Through the establishment of the tunnel construction equipment matching theory, determined the best operation optimization combination model of giving play to stand-alone equipment’s performance, has realized the construction quality, working efficiency and operation costs of coordination and balance; Based on Spraymec7110 WPC wet spraying machine, studying the matching of construction equipment and economical efficiency.By real engineering’s application, verifid the the tunnel construction’s feasibility, applicability and technical economy of equipment matching technology. Results applied to improve the construction quality and working efficiency, reduce the construction cost, increase the safety of construction and environmental protection.
