Constructional Engineering Project Quality Control Based On BIM Technology

Only to keep pace with the times, the quality management of construction project using advanced technology, scientific management, you will be able to deal with complicated engineering project quality management, will then carry on the regulation and control of construction project quality and safety, and will further improve the construction enterprise economic benefits and reputation of the enterprise.First of all, this paper according to the current our country construction engineering quality management and control caused by bad accident prone situation,and BIM(building information modeling) technology was proposed for construction project management and control of scientific rationality, and the general description of the domestic and foreign about BIM technology development and application.Secondly, through the definition and content of BIM technology were briefly introduced, at the same time, the construction project is divided into design stage,construction stage and operation stage, are introduced respectively in the different stages of the mainstream of the application software, and the software for the engineering application of benefits, and introduced based on BIM technology platform for collaborative work of project life cycle workflow concepts. This paper focuses on the analysis of BIM software, which is commonly used in our country today, Luban BIM, and expounds its application points in detail through engineering cases.Then, this paper introduces the different countries in recent years the BIM technology development and application, and the next possible development trendsand development plans, and introduced the domestic several typical BIM project,through the engineering case, once again verify the BIM in engineering construction with some strong advantages and BIM in construction project management which reflects the advantages. Combination with BIM in the application status of the development of the construction industry in our country, the analysis of BIM in the application of the construction engineering obstacles, including the lack of mature application environment and operation of the project lack of each stage of planning,management, engineering, lack of effective integrated management and the need to implement comprehensive application of BIM model. To solve these problems, some suggestions and countermeasures are given.Finally, with the practical engineering case of the project based on BIM Technology design concepts of the basic ideas and methods of analysis, focusing on the project using BIM 3D pipeline comprehensive, research and analysis of the basic step of the project based on BIM Technology implementation process, with the company project quality control examples analysis, thus effectively verify the BIM Technology reliability in construction project, in order to provide a theoretical basis and the corresponding implementation process for construction enterprises to BIM Technology Popularization and application.
