No one consider the beneficial effects of bridge deck on load dispersed and only see it as a constant load during the study. The study takes the mechanical properties of orthotropic bridge deck and the bridge deck panels all into consider is less. Many study show that the bridge deck can effectively reduce the steel deck stress and improve fatigue resistance. This paper studies the impact of the bridge deck pavement on the tectonic details stress of orthotropic plate.(1) Checking out relevant literature, the paper summarizes the basic fatigue damage theory and the standard fatigue vehicle regulation of different country and focuses on the amplitude fatigue loading and cumulative fatigue damage theory and the equivalent stress amplitude calculate method.(2) The local finite element model of puli bridge orthotropic plate using the finite element software ANSYS is established to calculate the vertical and horizontal stress lines of the various structural details and the time course curve under the standard fatigue loads and analyze the fatigue properties of orthotropic plate.(3)Based on the puli bridge actual pavement parameters,the finite element model is established to calculate the influence of pavement on fatigue properties of orthotropic plate.(4) The finite element model with asphalt concrete pavement is established to analyze the influence of the three parameters such as interlayer contact stateã€the thickness and elastic modulus of asphalt pavement on the stress line and the equivalent stress of the orthotropic plate.(5) Comparing with the advantages and disadvantages of the combination pavement,the finite element model of them is established to calculate the vertical and horizontal stress and stress history curve which is produce under the effect of fatigue car at four different fatigue-prone parts under different pavement and the equivalent stress. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | orthotropic plate, fatigue, pavement, PuliBridge, ANSYS | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
