FRP reinforcement technique because of its light weight, high strength, anti-corrosion, easy construction, etc widely used. The most commonly used in FRP FRP for CFRP, but its price is relatively high. BFRP not only on the mechanical properties comparable to those of CFRP and the price is low, ductility higher than that of CFRP. However, current research on the properties of BFRP reinforcement relative CFRP and GFRP is much less. Prestressed BFRP fiber cloth so this article is to carry out the flexural performance of strengthening RC beams test research, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the main research content is as follows:(1) combined with reinforced concrete Bridges in service with the characteristics of the fracture work, in this paper, the sound beam damage, the reinforcement by BFRP fiber cloth. By 4 test beam bending test, analysis of test beam performance of yield load, ultimate load, deformation and crack propagation conditions, etc. Research of prestressed fiber reinforced beams, the prestressed fiber reinforced beam and the bending capacity of the strengthened beam, analyzed different prestress level on the properties of bending members.(2) to carry out experimental study of the prestressing loss of prestress BFRP fiber cloth, has been clear about the fiber cloth tension control stress of the reasonable value range. Prestressed BFRP based on fiber cloth reinforcement calculation model of normal section of the RC beam, the stress analysis of whole process of experimental beams on the pressure load, yield load and elimination method for calculating the normal section flexural bearing capacity.(3) using ANSYS to prestressed BFRP fiber cloth strengthening RC beams with finite element analysis, numerical simulation of experimental beams, and the simulation value compared with the test results, the rationality of the finite element model are validated.This paper systematically studies BFRP optimal ratio and BFRP fiber cloth flexural performance of strengthening RC beams, its research results can be used as reinforcement design of bridge structure reinforcement design to provide a scientific reference.
