| Transmission system is a very important component in helicopter, the transmission system fault will lead to serious accident like crash, it is very significant to online monitoring for the health status of transmission system in helicopter. This paper describes how to realize monitoring transmission health status in helicopter based on DSP, which will be a foundation of monitoring moving parts in helicopter, and will be a reference for ground station system diagnosis.In this paper, DSP is the key component of data processing and design in hardware and software, and the background is the task of pre-research in the Eleventh Five-Year and Twelfth Five-Year Plan, vibration data from transmission system analysis and eigenvalues extraction of fault by DSP, and comparing eigenvalues between transmission system in normal status and fault status set by manual, prove the validity of eigenvalues and veracity of warning.Regarding system design and realization, according the mechanical structure of transmission system and the feature of malfunction, this paper introduces the block diagram of DSP-Based System, the placement, selection and installation of sensors, eigenvalues extraction, thresholds setting, hardware design and software design, and verification tests. The research items are: ①The major faults of mechanical components in transmission, and their behaviors; ② To choose the best positions for sensors installation and acquire the most credible data by transmission system modeling; ③ which eigenvalues should be extracted and how to extract, and the method of thresholds setting; ④ The description of hardware and software design; ⑤ To estimate the results of testing in lab with faults.According to above, online monitoring and diagnosis reminding in time, are very significant for flight safety improvement, and will be foundation of prognosis in the future. |
