Now the comparison of building scale and height has the great breakthrough, so more and more new design concept and design principle appear in the aspect of theoretical research and experiment research of building structure. In the light of structure basic theory and giant building its unique structural characteristics, some scholars put forward the mega frame structure system, which is the ideal system of high-rise building structure.Use the structural characteristics of mega frame structure itself, the rubber bearing should be introduced into the mega frame structure, and set in the connection of main frame and sub frame. Then the new isolated structure system of mega frame will form,and sub frame structure has become multilayer framework which has relatively independent base isolation, thus play a certain isolation effect.Structural system analyzed the mega frame structure with twenty-one layers, making the rubber bearing applied to the mega frame structure. Through the research of the under earthquake motion, analyzing about isolation effect for mega frame with rubber bearing.The calculation results show that, mega frame with rubber bearing isolation system can significantly reduce of the maximum inter-storey drift, the maximum storey drift, the maximum storey velocity and the maximum storey acceleration. What’s more, the isolation effect for mega frame with rubber bearing is better than the effect of mega frame without rubber bearing isolation. When the equivalent stiffness coefficient is about95000 k N/m, and the equivalent damping coefficient is about 20000 k N/m ? s, the effect of the isolation will be the best. Therefore, analysis about isolation effect for mega frame with rubber bearing has very important theoretical meaning and practical value for engineering application.
