With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the demand for urban housing has increased sharply,and the utilization rate is not high.Due to the advantages of light-weight,good seismic performance,convenient design and construction,good economic benefits,and many styles,the light steel reinforced layer is favored by more and more engineers.But because the concrete frame steel structure after adding storeys,stiffness,damping and the overall structure of the cycle will occur relatively large changes,resulting in the junction stress complex,which requires the seismic checking and reinforcement for the whole structure after the transformation,the isolation technology used in building and renovation in that study is of practical value and application prospect.By using Midas/gen finite element software,the response spectrum and time history analysis of different layers are obtained.At the same time,in order to more scientific and reasonable selection of isolation bearings,so that the bearing can play a greater shock absorption effect,the optimization of the isolation bearing.The results show that the structure of different layer system vibration period have increased,compared with the direct layer system with isolation layer system increase,at the same time for isolation add layer must also take into account the influence of higher modes on the structure.Comparison of response spectrum and time history analysis of the seismic response of structure,because the isolation layer can absorb part of the earthquake energy transmitted to the upper layer,isolation and seismic response of structures is reduced compared with the direct layer structure in varying degrees,the damping effect is obvious.At the same time analyzed by nine different groups of bearing flexion weight ratio structure under earthquake bottom shear,the maximum displacement of the isolation layer,data show that bearing flexion weight ratio value of 4%,the isolation effect is most obvious,and the layer structure of isolation layer under rare earthquake inter layer displacement is small.This provides some suggestions for the selection of seismic isolation bearings.
