With China’s rapid economic development and construction of city,people’s living conditions have changed a lot.More work places are located in remote places,such as suburb Industrial Park.More people choose to live in the suburban house for the quiet and beatiful enviroment and to travel outside when they are free.For these,the modern off-road vehicles are become daily necessities for every families.The passenger car which is the typical one of off-road vehicles are in increasingly greater demand.In the face of these,the productivity of car must be greatly improved and optimized.To optimize the perforating technology for car bumper,the processing time can be shorten,the automation can be realized,the accuracy can be improved,the different perforating requirements for different cars can be adapted.All these adpat to the times and the damand of the society.This paper mainly study how to use modern laser technology to perforate car bumper,so as to carry on the reform to the traditional processing technology.Through the research and analysis on perforating solutions,we demonstrate the feasibility of the way to perforate car bumper with laser.At last,a set of automatic laser perforating machine for car bumpers is achieved through the application of the flight optical path scheme.According to the principle of the modern design theory,the design work of mechanisms of the laser perforating machine are completed through 3D modeling software and analysis software.We creatively put forward the method of optical adjustment which called Cross Wire Adjustment Method and we adjust the the laser light path through this method.Combined with the results of laser perforating experiments,we summarize and set out the best operating parameters to make the machine to achieve high accuracy.Also we varify that there are advantages of flexible,steadiness and accuracy in the processing though the check experiments.Finally we optimize the processing path based on genetic algorithms and design out the optimal path which can shorten the processing time and improve efficiency.With the improvement of China’s science and technology,China’s auto industry has been rapid developped.How to improve car productivity is the challenge all car manufacturers are facing to.To follow the trend of improving auto productivity,we innovate means to reference laser technology to perforating car bumper.Close cooperation among the mechanical technology,laser technology and Electrical control technology have been achieved in the automated perforating.The machine is mainly composed of laser-processing system,rotating workbench and PLC control system,which has advantages of high efficiency,quality,adaptability and automation in the processing.It has broad prospects in the processing industry for car bumper.
