A corrugated machine structure can be divided into three parts: the main corrugated machine support box, the corrugated roll, and the corrugated board molding system.The box of the corrugated machine constituts a bottom plate, two sides plates and three pull beams.The box and the bottom of corrugated machine are connected by two bolts.The study of this paper is the coupling of the member of a single corrugated machine box with the DWC type. The machine is produced by Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. Located in Jingshan Hubei.In order to reduce various forces which come from the box of the working corrugated machine applied on the connecting bolts,facilitate the connection bolt group theoretical analysis.Choose the joint plane of bolts through calculation.Under static force,according to the concentrated stress situation,the fatigue of bolts is analyzed.Changing the material and bolt preload, the purpose of extending the life of the bolt and guaranteeing normal operation of equipment will be achieved. In this paper, the research includes the following aspects:(1)Through the parametric design with 3D solid modeling software PRO/ E5.0, 3D model of the fuselage and the base is established. Considering the corrugated machine’s working load.We can use theoretical mechanics to calculate it,we can get the cabinet actual stress situation.(2)In this paper, the theoretical basis including mechanical vibration, mechanical manufacturing equipment, elasticity three disciplines.Using finite element analysis software ANSYS applied a detailed simulation analysis on corrugated box. Finite element analysis including box static analysis and bolts contact analysis. Contact analysis can calculate the stress and strain distribution of the bolt.It is easy to identify the position of stress concentration, facilitate bolts fatigue calculations.(3)In order to facilitate the analysis of corrugated machine’s coupling joint surface stiffness,ANSYSworkbench finite element static analysis was applied. We can calculate the stress and strain of the whole body and bolt group.By considering the bolt coupling relationship between overall stiffness and the stress-strain, select the spacing of bolts with the best stiffness.(4)Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS workbench to analyze the bolts exposure.Establish calculation model. Imposing boundary conditions and solving we can obtain the stress distribution of bolt stress situations.In different material properties and Preload situations,analyze the stress distribution of bolts. Select appropriate parameters of bolts connection to improve the fatigue life.
