With the rapid development of mechanical science, high speed, high precision, high stability has become an important symbol of modern machinery and the development direction. More and more factors of mechanical systems are taken into consideration deeply, as a result of elastic deformation, manufacturing andmachining error, friction and other factors,the joint with clearance have a great impact on the performance of machinery and equipment. The clearance has a serious impact on the dynamic performance and the precision of the mechanisms,the analysis and elimination of the negative impact from the clearance of the mechanism has become one of the most important research subject of Mechanical Science.Based on the planar linkage mechanism as an example, analysis of the impact of the clearance effect for rigid link mechanism and the flexible linkage mechanism and the dynamic performance and vibration caused by the clearance of the overall performance of the organization. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the dynamic modeling theory of different methods of clearance and the multi body system are descripted, the mathematical model of mechanism with clearance were compared, and according to the research content of this paper the appropriate method is selected to establish the mathematical model.Secondly, according to the description of the massless rod and the continuous contact model established the dynamic model of mechanism with clearance,from the gap value,the two aspects fo a comparative analysis of the crank speed,clearance angular velocity,angular acceleration,the mechanism of the contact force,torque dynamic characteristics.Thirdly, considering the member is an elastic body, by selecting the correct coordinate system, the equation of the system of differential equations of motion of elastic linkage mechanism is established. Analysis of the influence of clearance on dynamic characteristics of elastic linkage mechanism, and compared with the rigid body system, analyze the influence degree of different clearance system.Again, due to the influence of vibration analysis of mechanism with clearance in the presence of the overall performance of the organization. Analysis for vibration force and shaking moment caused by the vibration mechanism under different conditions of rigid body system and the elastic system. And with the shaking force and shaking moment as the optimization goal, the performance of the system with clearance mechanism is optimized to reduce the influence of vibration caused by clearance on the dynamic performance of the system.Finally, design and manufacture a crank and rocker mechanism with clearance, according to the research design of the measurement system, the experimental study verified the results of dynamic analysis and optimization of the balance...
