Pneumatic hoist is widely used in flammable and explosive hazardous areas,such as mining and transportation,petrochemical and automobile manufacturing.Under these dangerous situations,they have gradually replaced the commonly used electric hoists and manual hoists.Combining domestic and foreign research status of pneumatic hoists and actual research on pneumatic hoists,it is found that the pneumatic hoists produced in China have problems such as low sprocket bearing capacity,poor braking performance,and no limit problems.Considering the above problems of pneumatic hoist,the main research work of this paper is:(1)First,based on the working principle of the pneumatic hoist,the overall design of the limit type pneumatic hoist is established,and the three-dimensional model of the limit type pneumatic hoist is established.and the carrying capacity and lifting speed of the sprocket shaft of the designed pneumatic hoist are carried out.Relevant calculations introduce the working principle and structural characteristics of the air motor,and establish a mathematical model and torque balance equation for the internal pressure change of the motor.The planetary gear reduction mechanism of the limit-type pneumatic hoist is designed,and the appropriate planetary gear mechanism is selected and relevant calculations are performed.(2)Secondly.the limit structure and brake of the pneumatic hoist are designed,and the working principle and advantages of the limit mechanism are introduced.Then introduced the characteristics of the brake.This article designed the brake,introduced the working principle of the brake,and completed the selection and calculation of the brake cylinder.(3)Then,based on the ANSYS Workbench analysis software,perform a corresponding static analysis on the sprocket shaft of the limited pneumatic hoist bearing mechanism to ensure the strength and rigidity requirements of the pneumatic hoist sprocket shaft under load;In the case of the position of the brake,the impact of the brake lever on the shell,check the impact of the hoist shell caused by the impact,check whether its strength and rigidity meet the design requirements;in the case of braking,the brake is transient Analysis to check whether the force and deformation of the brake during braking meet the design requirements,and provide a design basis for improving the braking performance of the brake.(4)Finally,use AMESim simulation and modeling software to establish a pneumatic system simulation model for the pneumatic system designed in this paper.In the pneumatic system,the response speed of the brake cylinder,the pressure and torque characteristics of the brake cylinder are analyzed and studied to ensure that the system can quickly achieve the braking effect in a safe time.At the same time,a pneumatic system control platform was built,and the feasibility and stability of the pneumatic control system were further verified through experiments.In this paper,the mechanical structure design of limit type pneumatic hoist,related theoretical calculation and derivation and simulation research of pneumatic control system have played a certain guiding and positive role in the further design and research of pneumatic hoist.Figure[62]Table[16]Reference[68]...
