With the rapid development of social economy, the social demand of various materials is growing. The most important step as crush is in the production, crusher become essential equipment in the mine. Thrust plate(bearing) is the only part which bears the axial force of main shaft directly, so that play an important role in the running of the whole crusher. Because of thrust bearing is in high speed rotating and overloading conditions for long time, the friction and wear performance will affect the running state,researching wear and tear of thrust plate has important significance.Based on the classic model of adhesive wear, establishing the wear theory model of plane thrust bearing under the boundary lubrication condition which considers the load,speed, temperature and so on influence factors, and calculate out structure parameter k which cause the different wear rate between the spherical and the plane vice. on account of the load and sliding speed is the important factors for wear, This paper takes the GP300 cone crusher as an example, the theoretical crusher spindle revolution, rotation speed, analyses the motion law of the thrust bearing, calculate the middle disc and the upper and lower sliding speed size for subsequent calculation and engineering to provide theoretic basis for practical analysis. At the same time, the simulation analysis of the middle plate motion and rotation velocity for subsequent calculation and provides a reasonable reference for practical engineering. The contact force is the main influencing factor to the wear, combination with spherical pair contact force analysis, deduces the formula of spherical thrust bearing of the contact force, and compared with simulation by finite element analysis. In combination with the practical condition of crusher, getting the optimized parameters from the structure characteristics of the thrust plate and theoretical formula, regarding the size of the contact force as objective function, using the collaborative simulation technology which is based on Solid Works and ANSYS Workbench interface to analyzes the contact force of the thrust bearing assembly and optimization, optimization process and optimization results are introduced.Then using thrust ring and copper to conduct the simulation experiment to analysis the validity of the theoretical and influence relation of the load and speed to the amount ofwear. Bring the actual working condition of the crusher thrust bearing parameter into the theory of spherical pair wear model, predict the wear life and compared with service life of the actual factory scrap parts, the results show that the theoretical derivation is correct.
