Machine tools are widely used in the machinery industry,the core of which is the motorized spindle,and the bearing plays a crucial role in the motorized spindle.Bearing life has a great influence on the safety and efficiency of the whole mechanical system.At present,the commonly used life calculation method is l-p theory.Because some factors are neglected in the design of this method,the calculated life of the bearing is quite different from the actual service time.This paper takes SKF's 218 angular contact ball bearing as the research object and heat as the research content,discusses and analyzes the influence of heat on the life of spindle bearing,and obtains the following results:(1)analysis of basic theory and mechanism affecting bearing life.Based on the principle of dynamics and kinematics,the parameters for high-speed angular contact ball bearing was analyzed,and the relationship between on the bearing under different conditions of mechanical performance parameters,such as contact Angle,contact load and revolution speed and the rotational speed of bearing kinematics parameters are calculated,and laid a theoretical basis for the calculation of bearing heating.(2)only bearing life analysis under stress state is considered.The bearing life under different loads is calculated by simulation.(3)based on kinematics and quasi dynamics,the friction heat generation calculation model of high speed angular contact ball bearing is calculated.The factors affecting heat generation in bearing interior are analyzed and the heat generation of each heat source is obtained.On this basis,the bearing heat generation model of spin motion is established.And the spin motion is analyzed quantitatively.(4)analysis of bearing life under thermal-force coupling.Based on the bearing heat generation model considering spin motion,the temperature field of the bearing is analyzed,the distribution of the temperature field and its influencing factors are obtained,and the heat-stress coupling analysis of the bearing is carried out based on the obtained temperature.This paper provides a new method for the analysis of bearing life.
