| Some pipes such as water pipe, heating pipe and electricity pipe generally go through at the bottom of the beam. Due to the need of aesthetic appearance, suspended ceiling is usually installed below these pipes, which cases a great waste of building space. It not only can increase the use of space but also reduce cost of the project to obtain economic benefits if we excave holes in the belly of the beam to make equipment pipes go through.In this paper, take single span secondary beam that is poured on the main girder as the research object in the practical engineering. Considering built-in function of the floor, use Ansys to establish the finite element model of T-simply supported reinforced concrete beam.This article firstly compares simulated results of stress, deflection, and bearing capacity with theoretical results about the T-shaped and rectangular simply supported concrete and reinforced concrete beam, that verifies the feasibility and validity of modeling. Then, for the two conditions of the same height and opening area about the hole in the T-shaped simply supported beam, the paper respectively analyzes the pros and cons of the circular hole and square hole. Finally, according to the bearing-surface force results of different opening modes which combine simulated results of Ansys and response surface method, use the CCD-design about response surface for these two factors of the hole diameter and opening distance from the seat to do five-level tests. Morever, establish and improve the response surface model about bearing surface force of the T-simply supported beam, which optimizes respectively the opening location under two conditions where there are square hole and circular hole in the belly of the T-shaped beam.By the Ansys simulation about bearing capacity of the simply supported beam and response surface model, we can get T-shaped beam is better than rectangular beam about the bearing capacity, which confirms the powerful role of the slab on reinforced concrete beam; In terms of T-simply supported beam with the same height of the hole in the belly, circular hole is more favorable than square hole; However, with the condition of same opening area in the belly of beam, square hole is better than circular hole. Through the function of respose surface model, get respective optimum positions of circular hole and square hole for T-shaped beam whose span is 6 meters. |
