Chemical grouting has been one hundred years of history, grouting materials and technology changes with each passing day. At present, the most widely used theory of infiltration and from low permeability oil reservoir are introduced in the field of chemical grouting seepage absorption theory has certain guiding significance to practical engineering, but since there is no consideration of epoxy slurry infiltration and application limits of infiltration process.This article selects has successfully treated low permeability geological CW510 epoxy grouting material as the research object, comprehensive study of the rheological properties of slurry, curing performance, and wettability, laboratory chemical grouting model is established, the main results are:(1) Through CW510 slurry, experimental study on the viscosity of modified epoxy slurry viscosity- time expression is given, and the results show that the slurry viscosity variation law with time accords with exponential function relationship.(2) The application of the index relationship of slurry viscosity- time in penetration theory, has been considering slurry viscosity modified grouting quantity and diffusion radius expression optimization form; Analyzing the optimization of the formula is derived, and points out that the slurry infiltration process was slow in being the medium movement; When the environmental factor that has nothing to do with slurry itself nature remains unchanged, maximum grouting quantity and diffusion radius only associated with serous viscosity time-varying function parameters. Compared with the slower growth CW510 epoxy slurry viscosity than fast pulp has better ability of grouting diffusion.(3) Through CW510 slurry, experimental study on the isothermal viscosity of modified epoxy results show that the slurry viscosity changes is a function of temperature, time together; With double Arrhenius equation isothermal chemical rheological model is established, the results show that the change of the temperature and degree of polymerization viscosity.(4) Through CW510 epoxy slurry, experimental study on non-isothermal DSC scanfound slurry curing reaction for complex reaction, launch slurry curing kinetic model equation of n level. Serum for the Fourier infrared spectrum analysis, show that curing reaction makes the epoxide group is a large number of consumption.(5) By measuring the CW510 epoxy slurry surface tension, contact Angle changing with time prolonged, the results showed that modified before and after the surface tension of the serous changes over time all have obvious rise at the beginning, after reaching a constant value to achieve stable; Size of contact Angle change over time are falling faster at the beginning, after falling slower approach to a fixed value until the droplet glue cure; Serous modification did not change the surface tension and contact Angle change over time.(6) Before and after modification are measured by CW510 more drops of epoxy slurry droplet contact Angle change over time, found that more drops droplet contact Angle showed the growth of the two stages over time; Adding surfactants reduced the contact Angle of epoxy slurry.(7) According to the results of slurry when the surface tension of degeneration, drops of liquid droplets CW510 epoxy slurry was deduced when the contact Angle of modified results of affinity with the change of time extended, the result indicates that the affinity of serous presents the downward trend over time, the initial decline slowly, after falling faster; Adding surface active agent can improve the affinity of grout. Combined with the slurry viscosity- time function and affinity- time data fitting out- viscosity affinity function.(8) Before and after the modification of the affinity of each ingredient after water mixture separation size, combined with the theory of seepage, the absorption of more accord with the actual working condition of grouting theory supplement: being the medium are the necessary and sufficient conditions of absorption and permeability is driving the affinity of phase(chemical grout) must be greater than driven phase(pore capillary water) contact drive phase(chemical grout) after the affinity.(9) On the basis of geological data of the three gorges project chemical grouting laboratory physical model is established, by changing the size composition, the model was filling body composition, and there is water, anhydrous conditions for multiple sets of test and research, combined with viscosity- time function, the affinity- viscosity function is added to the classic LW equation.
