Currently,the domestic flue gas desulfurization device usurally applies the limestone-gypsum wet FGD process.With the continuous improvement of the thermal power plant emission standards,the flue gas desulfurization system is fully integrated into the host operating system,The absorber slurry bubbling which will result in the overflowing is the most common problem in the operation process of the limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system.How to avoid the occuring of this phenomena still lacks the neccessary analysis and monitoring tools.In this paper,aiming at the root of the problem,combined with the actual situation of the flue bubbling in the desulfurization system of Daihai power plant,the research direction of the problem is determined by field investigation and exchange discussion,and the coal mine before and after the environmental protection transformation of Daihai power plant is finally determined.The sulfuric acid,fly ash combustibles,absorption column chloride concentration,limestone carbonate content,limestone purity and other historical data for a specific period of time statistics and comparative analysis are combined with the flue gas parameter test,the system routine testing,related chemical analysis,equilibrium calculation,electron microscopy and other methods to determine the main factors which lead to the foaming of the desulfurization absorber slurry.And from the perspective of the bubble theory,the causes of the formation of the foam in the liquid and the factors that affect the stability of the foam are analyzed,and the theory and practice are closely combined to obtain the main factors influencing the foaming of the desulfurization absorption tower slurry,and the theory is applied into the practice.In this paper,the causes of the foaming of the desulfurization absorber are discussed,and the practical operation method is put forward from the aspects of the pre-control measures,emergency treatment and optimization and adjustment.The practical application value is put forward,and the analysis result is transformed into the more suitable for the operation of the power plant operation of the specific measures.
