Aircraft infrared stealth technology research needs many times of outfield experiment, to prove the new technology is effective and reliable. Each time of outfield experiment costs much manpower, many material resources, many financial resources, and the experiment cycle is very long. Therefore, it calls for a more simple experiment method to part replaces traditional field experiment and saves the manpower, material resources, and financial resources and shortens the test cycle.Take infrared stealth technology research as an example, the main purpose is to obtain the effect of temperature field on the infrared stealth coating and to obtain the stealth effect. In order to development a more simple experiment method, can consider simulate the outer skin surface temperature field in ground state which formed due to aerodynamic heating and other factors in aircraft flying state.A simple model of part aircraft skin is made by aluminum. Heat coils offer heat, industrial personal computer works as upper monitor, controls current through heat coils, the temperature closed-loop control is achieved by thermal resistances providing feedback. Take appropriate temperature gradient model is divided into a plurality of areas, according to the areas equal-thermal-flow lines are confirmed, they divide the inner surface into parts, heat coils are placed on the inner surface according to the parts. Upper monitor controls the power of heat coils, temperature values are offered by the thermal resistance, they build the feedback loop. Temperature field on the inner surface is build and similar to the temperature field on the outer surface. The purpose of simulation the outer surface temperature field in aircraft flying state is realized in ground state.Through the multi gradient of temperature field simulation experiment, accumulated a wealth of experiment data and theoretical results, developed a low cost, high precision, strong portability multi-channel parallel control system, summed up the solution of temperature field simulation of aircraft, and the solution can be used for temperature field simulation of the whole aircraft outer surface.
