Temperature correction component and Secondary power supply module are two important parts of aircraft platform electronic equipment, the former provides the parameter of the environment temperature for the aircraft platform,and the latter provides required power for electronic devices. Temperature correction component and Secondary Power Supply module should be rigorously tested before use to ensure their performance and prevent effect to the other device in the aircraft platform. Since existing test equipment can not meet the test requirements of the new type of aircraft, so automatic test paper based on virtual instrument is designed according to a proposed temperature correction component and secondary power system development requirements.Automatic test system of temperature correction component and secondary power supply module is made of industrial PC,PCI interface card standard instrument and homemade circuit board and so on, and software development with LabVIEW. In the test system, Industrial PC control standard instrument and interface card through USB, LAN, GPIB, serial ports and PCI interface.The automatic test system use high precision programmable dc power supply to provide power for temperature correction component and secondary power supply module. Test software adopts modular design thought, according to the product function design corresponding testing process, the performance parameters of the product, automatic data collection, analysis and calculation, and display, storage, generate test report. Test system also has the power supply voltage and current real-time monitoring function to ensure the safety of the tested products.In the article, the overall system design, standard equipment and board selection, interface design will be discussed firstly.Then, the specific implementation of each hardware and software module will have a detailed discussion.Finally,the debug of the test system,and the test problems and solutions encountered will be discussed.
