| With its accurate data,excellent speed and convenient methods,Automatic Testing System has a wide application prospect in circuit testing,automotive electronics,instrument production.To reduce project investment and speed up development,ATS often uses virtual instrument technology in design,develop and perfect,and uses its platform compatibility to measure and control the instrument.Nowadays,ATS developed by the VI has been recognized by testers and is the main tool for all kinds of test projects.Here,the test unit selected is the power supply,using the VI to develop the ATS,while perfecting the ATS function design,realizes the partial performance test of the switching power supply,and guarantees the supply quality.Firstly,the article provides a basic introduction to ATS,VI technology and Lab VIEW,and analyzes the overall design of ATS,the division of software and hardware,and the functions of each module.Drawing on common ATS architectures and actual testing processes,the related auxiliary circuit is analyzed so that the program can be implemented smoothly and the data is monitored.The main instruments selected in this paper are virtual instrument products NI acquisition card,signal source,program-controlled power supply and other traditional instruments,using VISA serial port and PCI bus to control the instrument.At the same time,the design of test node and load group effectively replaces the switch matrix and electronic load,and realizes the switching of test unit and circuit signals.Secondly,The common functions of ATS,testing process and unit test are analyzed and designed.And several test unit modules are set up to analyze and debug the product performance with the results of unit test,to enhance data analysis and demonstrate design enforce ability.The module includes user management,instrument communication,and test unit settings.In addition,Lab VIEW and Multisim are interconnected and simulated,and the simulation test of each circuit is added,the related parameters are simulated and the measurement is convenient.Finally,the overall operation of the ATS is analyzed,and the operation effect of the ATS unit test is verified.Experiments show that ATS can test and judge the main performance indicators of switching power supply,and the voltage error collected can be maintained at about 0.5V.In the stability test,the ATS can realize the conversion request of the input voltage and the output load,and the measured load adjustment rate can be maintained within the parameter standard of ±5%.The experimental results show that ATS can run smoothly from login and registration to automatic testing,and each unit test has achieved good test results. |
