| To ensure flight safety and enhance the operating efficiency of terminal area, flight procedure design is the work of designing and planning the arrive-departure path scientificly and rationally. With the continuous increase of air traffic flow, aircraft noise nuisance problems are growing around the airport, operation cost of airlines is also increasing, which has put forward the corresponding requirements about simplicity, efficiency and the influence of noise on the work of flight procedure design, not just confined to ensure operation safety. Meanwhile, PBN procedure of CNS/ATM has been applied, which makes flexible flight procedure design become possible. However, due to the lack of complete and effective model to guide the flight procedure design, it is unable to meet present or future flight procedure design standard of multi range of requirements. Therefore, it is urgent to set up the optimizational model of flight procedure, which can provide scientific and reasonable basis for further airspace planning.This paper takes safety, noise effect, efficiency, simplicity of flight procedure into consideration to establish flight procedure optimization model and design multi-objective ant colony algorithm to solve the optimization model. Firstly, based on the assessment method of obstacle clearance safety with flight procedure, safety protection area model of PBN turning segment is established by introducing the equation of Archimedes spiral curve, which succinctly and effectively expresses the influence of wind on aircraft turning. Secondly, based on the computing method of flight procedure noise, flight procedure limited area model of noise is put forward with BADA and ANP database, then the equation of curved surface is simplified through analyzing physical characteristics and quantization is fitted by using least square method, which provides reasonable basis for the designed flight procedure outside of noise limited airspace. Thirdly, combining with the fuel consumption model, taking the cost index as the media, flight procedure operation cost model is set up, which comprehensively reflects fuel and time cost factors. Fourthly, combining with the flight procedure feature, dynamic density parameter is introduced to characterize the complexity of traffic control work, simplity model of flight procedure is established, which provides specific quantitative analysis index to judge the procedure simplity. Fifthly, based on the above research and specific design requirements, optimization model of flight procedure is established,which selects safety and noise constraints as the limits, efficiency and simplicity as the optimization targets, then improved ant colony algorithm is designed to solve the optimization model. Finally, taking Lanzhou terminal airspace as background, the approach and departure procedure is designed and analysis verifies the feasibility and validity of the optimization model and solution algorithm. |
