Because of the advantages of real-time measurement and correction of aberration, adaptive optics is applied in human eye retina imaging system to improve resolution, which is benefit for diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmology diseases and other systemic diseases. Usually, there is only one deformable mirror in adaptive optics system. The capability limits of single deformable mirror spatial correction makes that the human eye wavefront aberration can’t be corrected completely, which affects us to observe human eye retina. This thesis will research on human eye aberration correction theory and technology in a double-mirrors adaptive optical system, which can provide theoretical support and practice guidance for the development of vivo human eye retina imaging system with high resolution. The main contents of this thesis are listed as follows:1.The adaptive optics is introduced comprehensively. This part includes the status of retina imaging system and double mirrors adaptive optics system at home and abroad.2.The basic structure of the human eye is described in detail. The human eye wavefront aberration is defined and its representation model is established with Zernike modes. The principle of measuring human eye aberration by Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensor has been studied. The wavefront reconstruction mode with Zernike modes is put forward.3.The surface displacement of micromachined membrane deformable mirror has been analyzed. The relationship mode between deformable mirror deformation and its control signal is built on the basis of influence function. The fixed optimization algorithm and dynamic optimization algorithm are put forward based on singular value decomposition of influence function.4.The correction model of double deformable mirrors adaptive optics system is established and its control method is discussed. The aberration correction algorithm of double deformable mirrors adaptive optics system based on combinational influence function is put forward. Correction performance of fixed optimization algorithm and dynamic optimization algorithm are comparative analyzed in adaptive optics system with single deformable mirror or double deformable mirrors.According to research results, a set of adaptive optics retina imaging system is established on the basis of double deformable mirrors. The system can realize measurement and correction of human eye aberration and obtain high resolution retinal images.
