Abstract/Summary:
The subject of this paper is the SX2150 SUV with cannon which is the main force of army. It has been used for quite a long time but the maintenance method and system are not reasonable which seriously restrain the improvement of the artillery fighting ability. Through the study of this vehicle’s liability, we will outline a scientific and preventive maintenance plan and analyze the way of maintaining functional parts. Eventually we aim to improve the liability of the vehicle and keep it in a good condition preparing for war and build a strong basis of army force. The details are as below:First of all, at the basis of liability theory and the failure data of the SX2150 vehicle, we analyze the vehicle’s evaluation index and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the liability of this kind of vehicle, get a general idea of it’s condition.Then, we use Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA) to summarize the mode and distribution of failures. As a result, we effectively analyze the modes, reasons and consequence of every parts’ failure of the vehicle and make improvement plans to support the preventive maintenance plan.And then, input the failure reasons from FMEA to the Reliability centered Maintenance method to see series of right or wrong answers and then help make the decision. Along with the period of maintenance, the kind and consequences of failures, we can finalize the preventive maintenance plan.Finally, we introduce economical elements into Level of Repair Analysis(LORA) and use grey situation decision method to build the maintenance decision-making model and examine with the SX2150 vehicle. We get the best maintenance plan for starter.
