Spatial Structure Network Construction Research Of The Chongqing Metropolitan Area

In today,s background of economic globalization and regional integration development, the transportation of information 、people and goods get rid of he limitation of the the region space,the development of the cities rely more on the connection between the cities, besides, the shaping action of the spatial pattern also depends more on the connection between the cities. Under this background,many big cities in domestic areas turn to make metropolitan areas panning and construction, what,s more, the spatial pattern appear the tendency of "multi center", "network" changing. 1n 2014, the concept of the Chongqing metropolitan area is put forward for the first time whose scope is mainly based on the distance away from the main city of Chongqing. From the current situation analysis, the developing focus of the metropolitan area still limit within the old main city, the main city and other constituent part of the metropolitan area develop in isolation, which cause the "urban diseases" of the main city in a certain degree, the limitation of the whole function in the metropolitan area andother issues. But, in view of the current situation of infrastructure construction,economic development and the tendency of the spatial pattern variation, the networked spatial pattern changing tendency of the metropolitan area of Chongqing appears obviously.Therefore, in consideration of the existing problems and the developing trend of spatial pattern in the metropolitan area of Chongqing, and considering the timebackground of metropolitan development and experience 、 theory of the metropolitan area at the same time, this study attempts to diagnose the spatial structure of Chongqing metropolitan area from the contact angle of view, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.In the research methods level,this study introduces social network analysis method(SNA) which is good at analysis of relationship data,transform the elements of spatial pattern of the metropolitan area and make the construction of research framework in the SNA context to make up for the the property analysis of "centertheory" based on inter-city link analysis;In the study carrier level, the study selects enterprise contact and transport links as the study carrier based on the review of the Chongqing metropolitan area history and the casestudy of the metropolitan area abroad, construct the spatial pattern network based on company connection and traffic connection separately. Upon this basis, this study analysis the interior structure and the externality of the spatial pattern of the metropolitan area,whic constucts the indexes of the entirety and locality network characteristic 、the division of powers、external connection relations and so on.Through the analysis,the network of spatial pattern in the Chongqing metropolitan area has developed visibly in the whole view, network development trendency is obvious. But, the metropolitan area also has many problems, such as "core-edge" structure existting notably, lack of the secondary node, each area county by nature development and so on; differentiation between metropolitan area with other parts of the chongqing area, the whole contaction between the main city and the other district showing weakly, the connection between the two parts apperars characteristic of "polarity" which means the outside effect of metropolitan area is not according to the principle of near space, but focussing on regional node city.According to the above problems and development trend, this study considers that the construction of metropolitan area cities node network functions should be promotted according to the nodes characteristic in the spatial pattern network within the metropolitan area.In the Chongqing area spatial pattern, this study considers that the Chongqing metropolitan area and other districs should take the "point axis" development pattern, and focus on the construction of mediated city nodes. With the methods above, the construction of network model the Chongqing metropolitan area can be constructed smoothly.
