Geotechnical anchorage was widely used in water conservancy and hydropower engineering, bridges, tunnels, roads and railways, in the field of industrial and civil buildings. With the rapid development of our country economy and the huge spending in infrastructure, dam, slope, deep foundation pit and other large construction projects that put forward higher technical and safety requirements for geotechnical anchorage. Meanwhile, it’s also a new challenge to the traditional anchorage technology. We summary and absorb the characteristics of traditional anchorage technology to try new anchor cable structure the tension-compression dispersed anchor cable with continuous innovation. the tension-compression dispersed anchor cable not only inherit the advantages of the traditional anchor cable but also overcome the disadvantages. We improve the anchoring strength of anchor cable and increase security strength of anchor cable in order to satisfy different working conditions of geotechnical anchorage.This paper mainly studies the anchoring stress mechanism of the tension-compression dispersed anchor cable. In the second chapter, it bases on the theoretical date of the mechanical characteristics of the tension anchor cable and the pressure anchor cable, the shear stress distribution of the tension-compression dispersed anchor cable is proposed by using Kelvin’s solution. Through the field test of the design structure of the tension-compression dispersed anchor cable in the third chapter, it tests the anchor cable anchoring force performance and analyzes the influence of the distribution of shear stress. In the fourth chapter, models were built to analyze the shear stress distribution of the tension-compression dispersed anchor cable by using the numerical simulation software of FLAC3 D. Finally, conclusion is put forward by combining the results of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and measured data. Put forward the mechanical characteristics and the superiority of the new tension-compression dispersed anchor cable. The theories were provided for the basis of engineering application in the future and the reference for engineering practice.
