With the development of society, in pursuit of the fast pace and the comfortable attitude of life, high-rise buildings in the world become more and more popular. So the structures with truss transfer story are also developed quickly to adapt to various of functions. After decades of development, the design of structures with truss transfer story has gradually matured, especially the frame structures in steel reinforced concrete with truss transfer story. This article includes studies two aspects:the first part is the study on the aseismicity of frame structure in steel reinforced concrete with truss transfer story; the second part is the study on the aseismicity using lead core rubber isolation frame structure in steel reinforced concrete with truss transfer story. Analysis described as follows:With the position of truss transfer story in the structure’s difference, the seismic response characteristic of the frame structure in steel reinforced concrete is also different. To analys the aseismicity of frame structure in steel reinforced concrete with truss transfer story in different positon, using SAP2000 establish four element models include the truss transfer story in the third,fourth,fifth and seventh floor. These structures for the current dynamic analysis to select the input ground motion according to the area characteristics of the period Tg and the vibration period T1,and are compared and analyzed the structural response parameter (among the floor layer shear, floor layer vertex displacement and maximum displacement). The results show that the higher positon of truss transfer story is, the more the floor layer shear and floor layer vertex displacement is, and the maximum displacement also has great change. When designing the structures with truss transfer story, should consider the the interlaminar shear mutation near the truss transfer story, adapting to reasonable and effective measures to minimize mutation.To analys the seismic response when using lead core rubber isolation frame structure in steel reinforced concrete with truss transfer story, using SAP2000 establish another four element models include the truss transfer story in the third,fourth,fifth and seventh floor with lead core rubber isolation. Through electing three groups of waves according to period Ti of isolated structure,these eight structures for the current dynamic analysis are compared the structural response parameter, to study the various structural response parameter of truss transfer story in different positon. The results show that using lead core rubber isolation frame structure in steel reinforced concrete with truss transfer story can effectively reduce the effect of structural response, especially greatly reduce the floor layer shear, the floor layer vertex displacement and the maximum displacement. The higher positon of truss transfer story is, using lead core rubber isolation frame structure have better isolation effect.
