As an important part of the structure, structural transfer storey has a great impact on the safety, rationality and economy of building structure. Steel reinforced concrete structure is widely used as structural transfer storey currently, so it is of great importance and social meaning to study on this area. This paper based on engineering project will study on the mechanical properties of the transfer storey made of steel reinforced concrete truss, in order to provide a reference for the structures of the similar projects.In this paper, we make finite element analysis for the office building. The transfer storey made of steel reinforced concrete truss is on the fourth floor, with a span of 24m. We can see that the truss has a large span and bear heavy loads, so the safety of the truss transfer storey is of great importance for the whole building. This paper focuses on the finite element analysis of the transfer storey made of steel reinforced concrete truss. The main content contains:(1) In this paper, we use finite element analysis program ANSYS to establish the modal of the whole structures of two different types of transfer storey that is made of steel reinforced concrete truss. And we study the mechanical properties of the two structures under vertical static load, wind load and seismic force.(2) Based on the results of the analysis, we can study the mechanical properties of different types of truss transfer storey, and choose the more reasonable type. Also we propose a measure to strengthen the floor and joints of transfer storey.(3) We can find the mechanical performance of the adopted type of transfer storey is unreasonable, we can make great adjustment.(4) We discuss the influence of diagonal flank rod and vertical flank rod for mechanical properties of the whole structure and the truss. Vertical flank rod has some influence on the vertical displacement but it is no matter with the horizontal displacement under seismic force. Middle diagonal flank rod has some influence of the horizontal displacement, and it has little influence on the vertical displacement.
