It causes many difficulties in its promotion in the market when we use the ceramsite concrete with foam as light-quality wallboard on the market due to the foam material itself is not stable, strict production process, and other factors.According to the above factors, the reclaimed rubber aggregate is used to replace the foam of the ceramsite concrete with foam and we carry on the related experimental study.Analysing the condition of the concrete internal pore structure by the cross section recycled concrete with rubber powder and building the ceramsite concrete with rubber powder on this basis, we have conducted the experiment on the impact property and local compressive property. The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Incorporation of rubber aggregate can make the decrease of the density of concrete, under the condition of all the recycled concrete to replace rate, the density of concrete decreases about 18%. It leads to the density decrease not only because its density rubber aggregate density is small but also the rubber aggregate can produce a lot of small circular space whose principle and foam concrete are similar, so the rubber aggregate particle size can completely replace the function of the bubbles in the concrete.(2)The early strength of ceramsite concrete with rubber powder is powerful. It is amzaing that the strength of 3 days can reach 75%~90% of the strength of 28 days and the strength of 7 days jumps up to 95%. The best mixture ratio of the concrete has been fund with the analysis of the test results of test cube.(3)The impact resistance is closely related to the thickness and the material during the impact test of the different mixing proportion of the wallboard of concrete.However the influence of the impact property of thickness of the wallboard is more powerful than the ratio.(4)In the test of the local compressive property of the concrete, the damage of the concrete belongs to the ductile fracture. Compared with the foam concrete, the ductility of the concrete is increased.
