| Several earthquakes in recent years show that our existing seismic fortification criterions have some disadvantages,resulting in a large number of collapse of buildings those designed according to the current standards and personnel casualty,which brought great losses to the national economy. Therefore, a reasonable increase on these criterions to improve the seismic capacity of buildings is particularly important. In this context, the scholars of our country developed the fifth generation "Chinese seismic zoning map" according to the recent earthquake activity, seismic activity prediction and statistical research on magnitude determination theory.Comparing the old and new version of "Chinese seismic zoning map", seismic fortification parameters of many regions in our country are developed in varying degrees. Then it brings a problem-a large number of existing buildings can not satisfy the seismic fortification criterion.Therefore,reinforcement work will be carried out after the promulgating of the new version of "map". In the face of such a large volume of the existing building, how to carry out the reasonable reinforcement and putforward feasible measures is very important.According to therequirements, this paper researches reinforcement and fortification measures for existing buildings from the macro level and determines the final cost.Also it analyzes the feasibility and economical efficiency of building reinforcement techniques and raises the suggestiongs.The main contents in this paper are shown as followings.Firstly, to statistic the stock and classification of existing buildings which needed to be reinforced in China. In this paper,it calculates the area of buildings,using the method of "macro statistics+researching on key regions+ comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility". The data calculated through this method is made table. Engineers can use it to reinforce buildings.Secondly, to research the reinforcement method and economic applicable for all types of building through example analysis.To analyze advantages and shortcomings of them and compare the effects on improving the seismic capacity of the buildings.To establish models on different status andcalculate reinforcement cost according to research works of scholars, market prices ofbuilding materials and cost quota standard.Thirdly, to determine the total cost of reinforcement work and put forward the reinforcement strategy.The cost is calculated by the area of buildings and standard unit price. Considering the political and economic level, combined with regional economic development, architectural importance, seismic intensity, a reasonable countermeasure is proposed.At the end of the paper,it puts forward the total number of existing buildings of China, analyses theseismic strengtheningtechnologies,raises the economic indicators, brings forward the suggestiongs of seismic reinforsment strategies and provides data support to the work. |
