With the increasing demand of energy and the shortage of current resources, people gradually focus on the space resources, deep sea sources and deep earth resources. At the present changing world situation, the excavation of these resources has become the important strategy of the ambit ious country. But the related equipment and technology are needed for the exploration and development of space, deep sea and deep earth. The environment of the exploration and development is determined by space, deep sea and deep earth. Thus the research and development of the related equipments and technology are becoming more and more important for adampting to the extreme environment. The country who master the relevant technologies will certainly occupy a favorable position in the future competition. As the core component of the exploration and development equipment, the normal operation or not of the motor is related to the work of the whole equipment. The research of motor drive system in extreme environment becomes the key point. This paper chooses the high temperature condition of the extreme environment to study the drive system of the permanent magnet motor.The drive circuit is composed of various electronic components, so the performance of the electronic components at high temperature decides the running status of the motor drive system. Among the existing electronic components, some of the core components that can tolerate high temperature are contraband for our country, some components of the normal operation of the nomina l temperature value don’t meet the working environment temperature. This paper is to study the excess use of the device in order to realize the control of the extreme environment.In order to realize the function of the motor drive system at high temperature, building controller to replace the tradit ional digital controller like MC U, DSP by discrete components such as amplifiers, capacitors and so on to solve the key components embargo issues. The function of the controller building by discrete components is relatively single, but it has the advantage of low cost of hardware, strong anti- interference ability and easy debugging under high temperature and bad environment. And it was sufficient to achieve some specific function in high temperature environment. In this paper, the change of the parameters of the main components at high temperature is studied by means of high temperature test. Then the difference of the temperature of different kinds of devices is analyzed. This paper lays the foundation for the analys is of t he characteristics of the control circuit and provides reference for the relevant designers.In this paper, the influence of the electronic components on the control of the driving circuit is analyzed in the saber software on the basis of common electronic components test rule. To analyze conveniently, the switching power supply, the brushless DC motor drive controller, and the filter, the overcurrent protection, the PLL and other circuits are simulated. Then the change of MOSFET switch loss in high temperature environment is analyzed and simulated. After that, the mathmatical model of the correlation control system is established based on the simulation model. Based on the mathmatical model, the influence of various parameters of the model on the performance of the model is analyzed by using Potter chart.The method of root locus is used to find out the regional scope of the normal work of some components in high temperature environment. This method provide basis for high temperature environment driver design. And the simulation is carried out with saber.In the end, the experiment of high temperature temperatur is done on the sub system such as filter, protection circuit, phase locked loop and so on in the system of the permanent magnent motor drive system to verify the impact of high temperature environment on the driver.
