As an important traditional weapons and equipment, vehicle weapons’ research has attached a lot of attention. While in modern battlefield, the firing accuracy and stability requirements continue to increase, this also proposes a greater challenge for vehicle weapons’ research. With the development of simulation technology, which is incorporated into the design of weapons systems to largely improve the efficiency of research. In this context, this article study has some theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, this paper established vehicle weapons dynamic mathematical model, mainly including vehicle vibration model and artillery aimed tracking model. The former is mainly used to study the shock and vibration characteristics of body and wheels when it moving, the latter is mainly used for dynamic characteristics analysis of cannon system tracking and aiming process.Secondly, this paper analyses the interior ballistic process of the artillery, wrote the internal ballistic differential equations, established its simulation model based on Matlab, then get the projectile motion and bore pressure change rule in the bore by simulation calculation.Then, in order to simulate and research the process of vehicle weapons target, established the particle trajectory model of a space projectile movement. Based on the established mathematical model, completed the solution of the target hit points and gunnery data, average velocity is used to improve the traditional rapid iteration method. Ballistic model and the fire control algorithm were simulated and certificated by Matlab.Finally, the vehicle weapons simulation software was designed on the basis of the above theory and simulation research. Realized the simulation of vehicle position, the artillery campaign simulation, the internal and external ballistic simulation and fire control system simulation etc corresponding function.
