This paper is from the domestic public bid of China State Construction Engineering Corporation for the construction-ton multi-purpose test system-load frame systems project. Construction-ton multi-purpose test system is mainly used for the response of large rubber bearings and structural configurations member under static and dynamic loads and the research of failure modes. The ton class structure test-bed fills the gaps of multi-function test bed and large test stand aspects. The subject makes a detailed program and structure design of the ton class structure test-bed,and makes statics and dynamics analysis of the overall framework in each work state, analysis of seismic response is specially included in the dynamics analysis.To ensure that the building permit experiments body has enough power support during structural testing, under its own characteristics and technical parameters, the ton class structure test-bed is eventually built for beams, columns and base, three parts of the frame body. The beams and columns are made of the new structure of similar steel box girder. Thus it ensure the physical testing system that the present project controls, including force(torque), pressure, deformation, velocity, acceleration, and the geometric parameters includes the displacement and position,besides equivalent error are not higher than 1%.Article use finite element software ANSYS to establish a refined numerical model. was established according to the actual structure of the model, I build the model of base, steel columns and the top beam, including the aspect ribs and internal ribbed in detailed simulation of the steel structure, so I make the overall comprehensive static analysis under nine load conditions and a natural condition, after optimum design, I conclude that stress and displacement results meet design specifications.In the design of the ton class structure test-bed, the paper considers response measures and the impact of overload and the sudden brittle failure of specimen on the overall frame. Under the use of refined finite element model and time history analysis(a kind of transient kinetic analysis), I make sudden unload analysis. The conclusion is that when the load is within the framework of the 10% overload or the sudden brittle failure happens, the framework is not damaged and it can be used safely.Given the high, large and heavy feature of the device, the design of load frame especially considers the effect of vibration, the paper do the analysis of mechanical frame system on the property of vibration, and prevent devices from interference with the environment. In the last the paper refer the used areas of device, achieve seismic response analysis of the mechanical framework of the test station under the seismic wave of TAFT, Qian’an, Hanshin. Under the action of the three seismic waves, stress and deformation of the whole mechanical framework meet the requirements and conform with seismic standard.
