In the current modern society, people live a compact and fast life. Regards to the elevator using, they has a higher and higher requirement. Properties of safety, comfort and high-efficiency has become the competition concerns of elevator industry. With the wide application of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, based on the extension range of speed adjusting, weak magnetic control becomes to be a research hotspot. In the design step, the power design was according to the rated load to drive the system. While In practice, the elevator is mostly running in low load condition and the system power has not to be applicated entirely. Based on the pursuit of elevator running efficiency and using part of idle power, flux weakening can make the elevator be running in rated speed above when in the low load condition.So it will be much better to match the need of modern building efficient vertical transportation.The thesis will use the permanent magnet synchronous motors the research object,analyses the weak magnetic vector control principle of expansion speed and electricity control method. According to the characteristics of the elevator operation condition, through the lift car weighing device to realize lift car under load running judgment, to make sure be running in the rated power and voltage, through the calculation of d shaft current,to promote the actual speed of the lift. The method is stable, reliable,practical engineering and with high control precisionThis paper described the hardware and software design of the elevator flux weakening system. For Hardware, takes a brief introduction of the control circuit, power supply circuit, drive and protection circuit and the detection circuit. And then mainly discusses the main circuit device design, focusing on the calculation and the selection of power module(IPM), the radiator, and the braking resistor and so on. For software, the software architecture of the system are briefly introduced. It is emphasized that the implementation of the motor control program. This paper pointed out that the weak magnetism speed governing d-axis current given and PI regulating device parameters of engineering realization method.Through the PSIM simulation software, above the d-axis setting method for simulation of the motor control model, combined with the elevator prototype test data analysis. The results of the simulation and test basically agree with the corresponding theory to verify the correctness and feasibility of the scheme.
