The bracket of engine mount affects the driving vehicle handling stability and riding comfort. In recent years, the mount bracket institutions play a more important role in the development of vehicle comfort and lightweight. In the optimization design of automobile suspension bracket in our country, lower parts reliability and feasibility of the analysis are done by using the software to topology optimization of parts at the primary stage, and the result is in comparison with the experimental data to find a more stable and reliable analytical method to provide more convenient and effective calculation to reduce the development cycle of spare parts. In this paper, the main research work are:(1) According to the working characteristic of mount bracket, establishing mount bracket topology optimization processes, the finite element modeling method of mount bracket is described in detail. Using FEA method before and after optimization of mount bracket for the strength, stiffness and modal analysis, by studying the analysis of the results before and after topology optimization, and conform to the requirements of the model are obtained and the optimized mount bracket for bench test, the result shows that the optimized model meet the design goals and objectives. Therefore, optimizing the performance of the mount bracket to meet requirements by using the FEA model and CAE method could provide an effective and convenient method to decrease the research and development cycle greatly.(2) According to the performance characteristics of the rubber bushing component, analyzing elastic statics of the mount bracket rubber bushing, and describing the use of formula and finite element method for stiffness calculation. Analyzing the anisotropic stiffness by using MR rubber constitutive model, and having a comparison with the experimental results. As the error is not big, the method can meet the engineering requirements. In the engineering design, provide quick and reliable basis for the rubber bushing, effectively avoid the traditional repeated the process.
