| The joint of concrete girder and inserted steel secondary beam is a new type of composite joint. In recent years, the joint is gradually adopted in more and more buildings as it has a good bearing performance and other advantages. At present, little research involved in this aspect and there’s no relevant standars and design manuals. In order to clarify the mechanical behavior of this kind of joint, this paper studies this joint by the methods of experiment, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis based on an engineering named Culture Center of Meizhou.In order to clarify the torsion behavior and failure mechanism of this kind of joint, a static loading experiment was conducted by the scale of 1/2. This paper provides a detailed description of the whole experiment process, carries on a preliminary analysis of the failure mechanism of the specimen according to the experimental phenomenon, presents the eventually damage pictures of the specimen, presents loads and displacements of the joint in the feature points such as elastic stage, yield stage, limit stage and failure stage. This paper provides a comparison of theretical results and experimental results, presents the load-displacement curve of the loading point, the load-strain curves of the key points and the load-rotation curve of concrete beam, and carries on a deeper analysis of the failure mechanism of the specimen.This paper establishes a finite element model of the specimen using ABAQUS software and conducts a numerical simulation of the whole experiment process. Meanwhile, this paper confirms and modifies the test results through finite element analysis and clariries the stress development of the specimen in the whole process of experiment. In addition, this paper studies how the changing of calculate parameters such as anchoring length of steel beam, height and width of steel beam, height and width of concrete beam, diameter of longitudinal reinforcement and stirrup, thickness of end-plate, effects structural bearing capacity of the joint.In addition, this paper carries on a preliminary study on the design method of this kind of joint according to a calculating model and presents a calculation method of torsion between main girder and secondary beam. In order to verified the calculation method, this paper makes a comparision of calculating results of this paper and SAP2000 software.The research results above provide a reference for the rationality of the joint of concrete girder and inserted steel secondary beam and can help to study the design method of this kind of joint. |
