The steel tube structure has many obvious advantages,such as light weight,good force performance and large bearing capacity,in the coal conveying trestle,terminal,convention and exhibition center,railway station,TV tower,is widely used in important structure.In recent years,the research on the mechanical properties and carrying capacity of steel pipe joints is getting deeper and deeper,but the joint hysteretic performance study is relatively small,the mechanics properties of the joint under earthquake load will affect the whole structure seismic performance,so it is necessary to carry out theoretical and experimental research on the hysteresis performance of the joint,so as to make a reliable evaluation of the seismic performance of the structure.In this paper,the engineering background of a truss bridge of a coal pipe is presented,a new type of intersecting tubular joint design is adopted for the lower chord joint,and the joint outer ring plate is used to connect the external H beam.At present,there is less research on the hysteresis performance of this form.In this paper,the N-type,KT-type outer ring plate connecting joint and N-type joint are selected,and the hysteresis performance test of full-size specimen is carried out,and the experimental data are analyzed.The hysteresis performance of the joint was studied by finite element method,the influence of the ratio of the diameter of the chord,the thickness ratio of the chord,the ratio of the wall thickness and the thickness of the outer ring plate on the hysteresis performance of the N-type joint is analyzed.The experimental results and calculation results show that the hysteresis curves of each joint are relatively full,the hysteresis performance is good,and the energy dissipation capacity is good.The constraint of joint loading has certain influence on the hysteresis performance of the joint.The thickness t of outer ring plate has less influence on the hysteretic performance of the joint.The effect of parameter ? on the ductility coefficient of joint ? and ? is significant,and the higher the ? is,the higher the ductility coefficient is.
