Dedicated users are usually the great energy consumer,and also the key objects of the national energy saving and emission reduction. Energy-saving diagnosis and energy audit is an important foundation for the promotion of energy saving and implementation of the "Green Action". However,currently energy-saving diagnosis and energy audit are only accomplished by specialized qualified energy-saving service units,which rely on manual site detection that costs a large number of time and effort,which is extremely inefficient. Therefore,the development of intelligent system of energy-saving diagnosis and energy audit based on dedicated users has significant economic potential. The article introduces the intelligent system, including hardware subsystems and software subsystems.Hardware subsystem consists of the energy-saving diagnostic device. Under blackout conditions, various types of large users of electricity consumption and power quality can be implemented efficiently by on-line monitoring and data logging. The device will store one week’s data at least if the power consumers are running.Software subsystem is an energy audit software platform developed in the environment of Visual Studio 2010. software platform calculate saving potential and automatically generate the audit report,leading to energy audit automation. Through the actual applying the system for the energy audit of dedicated users,the system greatly improve the efficiency of electrical energy conservation,and effectively increase the degree of automation and information of energy audit work.
