Study On Energy Audit And Energy Conservation Reform Scheme Of Mayflower Commercial Plaza In Guangzhou

With the rapid development of China's economy,the total amount of buildings continues to increase.At the same time,people's increasing requirements for building thermal comfort quality have led to the increasing proportion of building energy consumption in China's total energy consumption.Among them,the growth rate of large public buildings is the fastest and the average annual energy consumption per unit volume is the highest.Building energy consumption has become the largest consumer of energy.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the control of the energy consumption level of public buildings and implement the energy-saving work of public buildings.Building energy audit can provide scientific management and service methods for building energy conservation.By analyzing the distribution of energy consumption,we can find out the weak links of building energy consumption,and then explore its energy-saving potential.This paper takes the energy audit of a large commercial building in Guangzhou as the research content.It mainly includes obtaining the energy profile of the large-scale commercial building,including the basic information of the building,the overview of energy consumption system,the list of energy consumption equipment,the current situation of building energy management and other basic information of energy audit.Through the in-depth audit and test of the large-scale commercial building,the results are analyzed.From the aspects of building envelope,energy system performance,ventilation system performance,indoor environment quality,lighting system,the energy consumption of the building is analyzed.According to the audit results,combined with the actual situation of the large-scale commercial building,this paper analyzes and summarizes the energy management,building maintenance structure,lighting system,elevator system,air conditioning system,etc.,explores its potential energy saving,and puts forward the energy-saving transformation plan.Through this paper,the owners and managers can understand the energy consumption of the building.Through testing and analysis,the use of transformation methods and the formation of professional reports,it is expected to improve the enthusiasm of owners to engage in energy-saving transformation,and then to promote the development of energy-saving and emission reduction undertakings in national construction.
