| Air conditioner has becoming indispensable in people’s daily life, and more air conditioner will consume more electricity. For the shortage of energy, how to realize the utilization of new energy in air conditioners is very important, jet refrigeration can use solar energy and other new energy. So solar ejector refrigeration system has very good development prospects, and efficiency of the injector that the most important core components of solarejector refrigeration system has very important roles. Although the structure of the injector is simple, the internal structure is not complicated,but the internal flow is complex and diverse when is applied to the system, so research of the injector is very meaning.The injection efficiency is an important basis for determining the injector in refrigeration system. In order to study the efficiency and inside flow of the injector, this paper uses the Fluent simulation technique to simulate the different injector. To provide the basis for simulation calculation, firstly to introduce the working principle of injector and software before calculate injector. Build the injector model in Fluent, research the injection coefficient in different working parameters; in order to improve injection coefficient, changing the main geometry size of injector.The simulation shows, 1.the working parameters have a certain influence to injection coefficient; the injection coefficient has a maximum when change the working pressure; when change the injection pressure, injection coefficient will increase injection pressure increase; 2.In the certain geometric and working parameters, different refrigerant has different injection coefficient, this paper studies four kinds of refrigerant, R134 has the maximum; 3.In order to improve the injection coefficient, throat structure is the main part, the convergent section of nozzle length is 85 mm, the throat lengh is 56 mm, nozzle divergent lengh is 76 mm, the mixing chamber has the best size: cone type mixing chamber is 300 mm, mixing chamber is 150 mm, diffusion chamber is 150 mm, there will has a best injection coefficient... |
