The injector,as a device that can pressurize exhaust gas or vacuum the device without consuming mechanical energy,has a very high application prospect in related engineering fields.However,the current injector design mostly uses one-dimensional design methods,and the one-dimensional design theory uses a semi-empirical model.The structure of the injector largely depends on the selection of empirical coefficients,and there is a lack of corresponding experimental data to verify the design method rationality.Therefore,in this paper,the injector is designed according to the specified thermal boundary conditions through the aerodynamic function method,and the experimental verification is carried out.Finally,the sensitivity of the injector structure parameters to the injection coefficient is studied by the CFD method.This paper first get the boundary conditions of the injector according the injector application in nuclear power plant,and then finish the design of the injector through the aerodynamic function method.This paper provides a C language calculation program to calculate the maximum ejection coefficient and the structure parameters of the injector.According to the calculated basic structure parameters,the injector was designed and processed.An experimental platform was built,and experiments were performed on performance of injectors with different nozzle positions.The experimental data of the injector was obtained,and the rationality of the one-dimensional design method of the injector was verified and given the method of determining the relevant empirical coefficient.The performance of the injector is simulated through the CFD method in three dimensions,and the experimental data is used to verify the rationality of the numerical simulation method.The verified three-dimensional calculation model can also be used as an aid for injector design method.At the same time,within the range specified by the one-dimensional design theory inside,the sensitivity of the influence of structural parameters such as the length of the mixing chamber,the diameter of the mixing chamber,the nozzle position,the length of the diffuser,the diameter of the nozzle throat,and the steam incidence angle and area on the performance of the injector was analyzed,and the design of the injector was determined key influence parameters.
