Microgrid can effectively integrate distributed generation, energy storage and load, realize their integrated operation. It can access or cut out the distribution network flexibly, work in grid or island mode, realize the acceptance of renewable energy and support each other with the grid. In the design stage of microgrid, It is necessary to solve the problem of the substation’s location and size of the distributed generator and energy storage. The thesis studies optimization configuration conditions under wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid on reliability of distribution network effect. It is of great practical significance to reduce the microgrid investment cost, make full use of renewable energy,improve the reliability of distribution network, ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid, energy saving and emission reduction.Based on the sequential Monte Carlo simulation, the wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid of distribution network is optimized, and the influence of wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid’s accession on the power supply reliability of distribution network is analyzed quantitatively.(1) The reliability model of wind power, photovoltaic generation and energy storage system is established. Secondly, the reliability of the RBTS-BUS6 F4 system is evaluated by sequential Monte Carlo simulation. According to the reliability index, weak link is supplied, microgrid power area and microsource access location is supplied aiming at the structural features of distribution network.(2) With the minimum of wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid capacity and annual cost value, the optimal allocation model of wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid capacity is established for the objective function. Firstly, a reliability index of the reliability of the wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid contribution to the reliability of the distribution network can be presented—the running time of the microgrid is more than the probability of network failure time, as reliability constraints for optimal configuration of wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid capacity. Then the simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm of different dependability restraint conditions of wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid capacity optimal allocation.(3) The reliability of the wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid distribution network under different reliability constraints is evaluated, and the influence of wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid on the reliability of the distribution network is analyzed.The research results show:(1) The method planning the power supply area of wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid and accession position of microsource according to the reliability evaluation result of distribution network and its structure features is feasible and effective.(2) The reliability constraints of the wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid capacity optimization allocation can effectively reflect the influence of wind/photovoltaic/battery microgrid on the reliability of distribution network. The reliability constraints and its calculation method is feasible and effective.(3) The accession of wind/ photovoltaic/ battery microgrid to distribution network can improve the reliability of load point in the microgrid power supply area and the whole distribution network.
