The Spatial Pattern Analysis Of Climate Suitability In Huaqing Pool

Huaqing pool had been became auxiliary capital of Changan and imperial and exclusive detached palace which especially been given preference by emperor Xuan Zong at Tang Dynasty cause of its comfortable environment and advantageous location. It’s used to be summer resort and winter sanatorium and it has already possessed6,000 years history of detached palace in China.A verse “The snow glows white on gloomy wall, and plants bloom everywhere like spring in this palace. ”descried winter landscape by poet Wu Rong.The reason people called it winter sanatorium cause of it possessed warm micro-climate. That also the reason why emperor came here every year when climate becomes cold.Currently, people get to research and analyze the building process to get down to increase this quality of landscape.People’s concerns always be focused on the aesthetics and artistic conception,but it ignores the tourist’s environmental basic request of scenic spot suitability.Xi’an belongs to cold climate region and we need practical guidance on methods to satisfy tourists’ demand for experience and fantasy of winter warm palace now.Concerning above issues, With climate perspective and take Huaqing pool as example in this thesis which probed into how to utilize theoretical, experimental research and quantitative, qualitative analysis on the suitability of climate.This thesis made comprehensively research on two aspects of suitable subsistence and tour the targets of climate forming principle especially on micro-climate.First, this chapter which has tied up related concepts and contents of climatic suitability and wrapped details up from suitable subsistence to tour aspect go throughthe affecting elements of micro-climate and components and human comfort level as the basis of research provided theoretical evidence for subsequent design and analysis of experimental scheme.Then, it has made analysis on spatial pattern and forming elements at perspective of climate and conjectured “three terraced buildings and nine stairs” to obtain abundant sunshine duration.Palatial garden reflects different function of climatic suitability that warm in winter and cool in summer.Finally, this thesis based on the design scale of modern landscape to research micro-climate in Huaqing pool.Researcher has gone through field measurement,questionnaire and related experiment to analyze landscape, climate elements and mutual effects on improving environment of micro-climate. At the end of this thesis, researcher has made summary and conclusion on design of Huaqing pool and proposed the subsequent scheme.
