The End-bearing Pile Foundation Bearing Layer Defect Quality Control Research

End bearing pile foundation in Guangzhou area is the preferred high-rise, high-rise building, the area as of end bearing pile bearing stratum of rock are of three kinds: the Carboniferous limestone, granite of Yanshan period, the Cretaceous mudstone and siltstone, the engineering geological conditions of three kinds of rock complex. In recent years, with the rapid increase in the number of high-rise buildings, the frequent accidents of pile foundation quality, the area of which, most quality accidents caused by the end bearing pile foundation bearing layer defect, caused great impact on the quality of the project.Two the main use of end bearing pile in Guangzhou area, one is the bored pile, two prestressed pipe pile. In view of two kinds of end bearing pile respectively in different strata do bearing stratum, this paper summarizes the main defects of bearing stratum of pile end, and summarizes the technical countermeasures of bearing layer defect prevention and treatment.In terms of quality management, this paper analyzes the construction, survey and design, supervision, the construction units to the end bearing pile quality control problems; in view of these problems, puts forward improvement measures the parties bearing pile on quality management in the end; and the construction of a pile foundation quality accident treatment management mode.This paper adopts the empirical analysis method, taking Guangzhou occurrence of end bearing pile bearing layer defect quality accident project as an example, the empirical analysis verified the technology and quality management measures of end bearing pile bearing layer defect treatment.
