The landscape ecology, restoration ecology, geology environmental governance, and other related disciplines theory are used to design and plan geological environment treatment scheme by investigation and study on geography, geology, mining, humanities, history, economics, and subsidence area present situation in Huinong district, statistics and determine the land reclamation area which is damaged in Huinong coal mining subsidence area, and according to the failure time of each section, destruction of property, damage degree and the topsoil layer development. And the relevant technological standards and technical parameters are put forward.
