Eddy Current Nondestructive Testing(ECNDT) is widely used to detect the thinness and defects of the sample, because of its characteristics of non-contact, high sensitivity and ease of detection. The dual-frequency eddy current testing is a new technology on Electromagnetic Nondestructive Testing(NDT) after the singal-frequency eddy current testing.The most important characteristic of this technology is that it can carry out simultaneous testing of the different parameters and can distinguish useful signals from interfering signals.In this thesis,the relationships between defects of stainless steel tube of condenser and signal by double-frequency eddy current test were introduced. For the leakage often occured on condenser stainless steel tube of Jilin Power Plant, By expounding the theory for double-frequency eddy current test, and comparing the differences of these defect signals, combining with the application characteristics of defects signal,the closed relationships between common defect and impedance signal was put forward.
