| As consumer demand for dining environment is more and more picky, it is the important condition for restaurant that creating a comfortable dining environment to win the competition in the market. At the same time, along with the people gradually pay more attention to the dining environment and quality and the development of the catering industry, catering space, as a kind of commercial public space, has become a direct propaganda to show its culture, folk customs and the quality of life. Under the background, regional culture elements are applied in public dining space design increasingly the attention of designers.This article uses the regional culture elements application in the public dining space as the research background, takes Huizhou’s regional culture elements in the application of the dining space design as an example and Combines science and dining space design study of Huizhou regional culture and other related content theory, then combined dining space design case of Hui Huang Fu Di restaurant, from model, color, material qualitative, display and scene design, etc., in detail elaborated the way which Huizhou regional cultural elements embodied in the dining space design from abstract to concrete, and used a more intuitive way to study the expression of dining space’s regional design. And then from general to specific, this paper summed up the principles which regional cultural elements embodied in the dining space design, and gave an outlook for its future development trend. |
